Sales Executive – Healthcare SaaS

Fiziotracker (https://fiziotracker.com) is a cloud-based clinic management platform built for physiotherapy clinics. It handles patient registration, appointments, consultations with pain and sensation mapping, treatment planning, home-visit scheduling, WhatsApp patient notifications, treatment reports, staff management and income/expense tracking. It also gives physiotherapists AI-assisted clinical insights. We’re growing in Kerala and looking for a driven sales professional to help physiotherapy clinics go digital. Key Responsibilities Find and approach physiotherapy clinics, rehab centres, sports injury clinics and hospital physio departments in your territory Visit clinics in person, understand how they work today, and show how Fiziotracker fits their needs Give product demos (in person and online) to physiotherapists and clinic owners Follow up on leads, handle objections, negotiate and close annual subscriptions Help new clients get started and stay in touch with them for renewals and referrals Maintain a lead pipeline and send weekly reports on visits, demos and closures Gather feedback from clinics and share it with the product team Represent Fiziotracker at physiotherapy conferences, CMEs and healthcare events Requirements Graduate in any discipline (BPT, BBA, MBA, or a life-science background is a plus) 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally in software, healthcare, pharma or medical devices Good spoken and written Malayalam and English Confident in giving product demos on a laptop or tablet Comfortable with field work and travel across Kerala Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence Self-motivated, target-driven and good at building relationships What We Offer Fixed salary plus uncapped incentives on every subscription closed Travel allowance [and mobile reimbursement] Full product training and sales support Chance to grow with an early-stage healthcare tech product Career growth into Sales Lead / Regional Manager roles Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Work from home Work Location: In person
