Terms of use

1. Who we are

Proven Placement is a placement and career-readiness platform operated by 99Learn Academy LLP ("we", "us"). The platform was designed and developed by Tinos Software and Security Solutions LLP.

2. Accounts

• You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Candidates under 18 may use the platform only with the consent of a parent or guardian, or through their college.
• College and company accounts must be created by an authorised representative. We may verify and approve these accounts before they go live.

3. What the platform provides

Skill Academy courses and tests, AI résumé tools, AI mock interviews, Career Points, campus placement management, job listings and related services. Some features use artificial intelligence; AI feedback and scores are guidance and can be wrong. Job listings may come from employers or from public sources; we do not guarantee any job, interview, offer or placement.

4. Career Points, tests and certificates

• Career Points, readiness scores and certificates are earned only through activity on the platform and may be shown to recruiters and your college.
• Tests may be proctored (full-screen, tab and camera checks). Cheating, impersonation or using tools to game scores leads to removal of points and certificates and may lead to account closure.
• We may correct scores or points that were awarded in error.

5. Colleges

• Colleges are responsible for having the right to upload and manage their students' data, and for the accuracy of academic records they verify.
• Campus plans are billed per year for the number of students purchased. Adding students beyond the plan requires buying extra seats.
• After a free period or plan ends, campus features may be locked until a plan is bought. Data is kept as described in our Privacy policy.

6. Companies

Companies must post genuine roles, must not charge candidates any fee, and may use candidate data only for recruitment for the roles they post. Contact details are shared only after a candidate applies.

7. Payments

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are paid through Razorpay. Packages and plans do not renew automatically. All payments are non-refundable; see our Refund & cancellation policy.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform: no false information, scraping, spam, attempts to access other accounts or data, uploading unlawful or harmful content, or reselling access without our written permission.

9. Content and intellectual property

The platform, its courses, questions, designs and software belong to us or our licensors. You keep ownership of content you upload (such as your résumé) and give us permission to store and process it to provide the service.

10. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the place of 99Learn Academy LLP's registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
